HR Assistant - Wolverhampton - January 2026
A well-respected 11–18 school in Wolverhampton is seeking an organised and personable HR Assistant to join its expanding HR and Operations team from January 2026 .
The Role
You will support all aspects of HR administration, helping to ensure smooth, compliant and efficient processes across the school.
Your responsibilities will include:
- completing pre-employment checks and onboarding
- maintaining single central record (SCR) accuracy
- supporting recruitment campaigns and shortlisting
- assisting with staff absence monitoring
- producing letters, contracts and HR documentation
- maintaining confidential staff files and digital records
