Need help preparing meals at home, easy healthy recipes
I’m looking for a reliable helper to assist with meal preparation at my home. The tasks include planning simple balanced meals for the week, chopping vegetables, cooking, portioning into containers, and labeling them for easy reheating. I prefer wholesome, quick recipes and can provide a basic grocery list. Some days I might want light cleanup afterward. It would be great if you can accommodate dietary preferences (vegetarian options, low-salt). I’m flexible on start time but would like the work to be completed by early evening. Please bring basic cooking utensils if possible.
