Need help preparing balanced meals at home in UK
I'm looking for a reliable person to help me prepare simple, healthy meals at home. I have limited time and would like structured menu planning, grocery shopping, and cooking for the week. Preferences: no spicy dishes, includes at least two vegetarian options, accommodates gluten-free needs, and uses fresh ingredients. Gentle, patient instruction is appreciated as I’m trying to improve my cooking skills. I’d like to start with 3–4 meals for the week, batch-cooked on a weekend if possible, and store them properly for refrigeration. Local grocery pickup and clean kitchen practice are important.
