PSR Solutions are exclusively partnering with a highly regarded and well-established care provider to recruit an experienced Operations Director to lead and drive performance across a portfolio of Learning Disabilities and Mental Health services .

This is a pivotal senior leadership appointment for an ambitious Ops Director with a proven track record of managing multiple services, delivering high-quality care, and achieving strong commercial outcomes.

The successful candidate will combine outstanding operational expertise with commercial acumen, ensuring services consistently deliver exceptional results, while achieving occupancy, quality, compliance, and financial objectives.

Role & responsibilities

Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will have overall responsibility for a range of services, leading a team of Operations Managers , to provide strategic direction, and to deliver outstanding operational performance, quality outcomes, and sustainable growth across multiple locations.

You will be instrumental in driving growth, developing teams, maintaining regulatory excellence, and ensuring the organisation remains at the forefront of specialist care provision.

We are keen to speak with leaders who have:

• Extensive multi-site management experience within Learning Disabilities and Mental Health services
• A proven ability to lead, inspire and develop regional and service management teams
• Excellent commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, occupancy, and service performance with strong understanding of regulatory requirements and quality standards
• The credibility and presence to engage effectively with commissioners, regulators, and senior stakeholders
