Executive PA with Governance Responsibilities
This is a varied role and would suit someone with previous experience within a charity, non-profit or governance environment. We are looking for someone who can hit the ground running and put their existing skills and experience to immediate use within a busy and collaborative team.
Key responsibilities
Minute taking and meeting coordination.
Diary and inbox management
General administrative support, including scanning, printing, and filing.
Supporting the organisation and coordination of events
Assisting with audit and risk governance activities
Ideal candidates will have.
- Previous experience within a charity or non-profit organisation
- The ability to thrive within a fast-paced environment.
- Previous EA or PA experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong minute taking experience.
