An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Valuer / Senior Sales Negotiator to join a highly regarded and well-established estate agency in Sutton Coldfield. • OTE £35,000
• Basic salary Circa £25,000 (negotiable) plus commission

This role is ideal for a driven, personable, and reliable individual who enjoys working with people and thrives in a team environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for working on existing sales stock, carrying out valuations, viewings, and take-ons in the local area.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced in estate agency, ideally as a Valuer or Senior Sales Negotiator
• A strong people person with excellent customer service skills
• Highly organised, polished, and proactive
• A team player with a mature and professional approach
• Looking for a long-term role with a company that values its staff
