Looking for help preparing meals for week ahead
I’m seeking a reliable person to help prepare and portion meals for the week. I live in the UK and prefer healthy, balanced options that suit a busy schedule. Tasks would include planning simple menus, grocery shopping if needed, washing and chopping ingredients, cooking in batches, portioning into containers, labeling, and storing in the fridge/freezer. Safety and kitchen cleanliness are important, as well as timely communication about any dietary restrictions or allergies. Ideally, you’d be comfortable following a set meal plan and have basic food safety knowledge. Flexible start times, but I’d like roughly 2–4 hours on a couple of days to get through a week’s worth of meals.
