Year 4 TeacherSutton Coldfield 5 days per week - may be flexible September - April A wonderful school in Four Oaks is seeking a dedicated Year 4 Teacher to join their team in September.This is a full-time position. The successful candidate will take full class responsibility, supported by a strong teaching team, a welcoming SLT, and a vibrant, caring school community.You'll plan and deliver engaging lessons, assess pupil progress, and work closely with support staff to ensure every child achieves their best.What We're Looking For Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience teaching in Key Stage 2 (KS2) A creative, reflective, and committed teacher passionate about primary education Strong classroom management and a positive approach to teamwork. The successful candidate will essentially have: British QTS or equivalent Have an in-depth understanding of the National curriculum. An understanding of child protection, safeguarding policy and procedure. The capacity to identify and target specific, individual needs Dedication to raising standards It is desirable that the successful candidate has: Ability to create a positive learning environment by motivating pupils with enthusiastic, imaginative presentation.
