Need help preparing healthy weekly meals at home
I’m looking for a kind and reliable person to help prepare simple, healthy meals for the week. I’d like to plan a balanced menu, cook in my kitchen, and batch-cook portions for 4-5 days. Ideally you’d help with grocery planning, chopping, cooking, and portioning, plus labeling containers. I’m open to vegetarian options and flexible on cuisines, but I value freshness and hygiene. Please be comfortable following my dietary preferences, storing leftovers safely, and cleaning up after the cooking session. Availability during mornings works best, and I’d prefer someone who can commit to a regular weekly slot.
