Production/Warehouse Trainee

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Production and Warehouse Trainee to join our team. This is an entry-level position designed to provide full training and hands-on experience across both production and warehouse operations.
You will work closely with experienced team members to develop practical skills, gain industry knowledge, and build a strong foundation for future progression within the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the rework and preparation of goods in line with company procedures
* Learn to operate machinery and equipment under supervision
* Follow all health, safety, and quality control guidelines
* Support the packing, picking, and dispatch of customer orders
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse
* Participate actively in on-the-job training and development sessions
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient operations
* Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

This is a lovely opportunity to work within a friendly, easy-going team in a well-established company. Hours: 36 per week - Monday to Thursday, 8am – 5.30pm. Salary: £12.80 per hour.
