Graduate Teaching Assistant / Aspiring Teaching Assistant – Birmingham
Location: Birmingham and surrounding areas
Salary: £88.94 – £100 per day (dependent on skills and experience)
Hours: Monday to Friday | Full-time
About the Role
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic Graduate Teaching Assistants and aspiring TAs with prior experience working in UK-based schools to support mainstream primary schools across Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for graduates in Psychology, Education, Speech & Language Therapy, or related fields, as well as individuals looking to build a long-term career as a Teaching Assistant. If you are planning to pursue teacher training or a PGCE with QTS in the future, this position provides excellent hands-on classroom experience.

Confident supporting behaviour management and classroom routines
Job Requirements

UK degree in a relevant or transferable subject (preferred)
*
Previous experience working in a UK primary or secondary school is essential
*
Level 2 English (spoken and written)
*
Fluent English is essential
*
Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available)
*
Must have or be willing to apply for an Enhanced DBS and/or overseas police check
