The Role As a Graduate Maths Unqualified Teacher, you will play a key role within a dynamic and successful Maths department. You will support students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to contribute to Key Stage 5 depending on your subject knowledge and confidence. Working alongside experienced and outstanding practitioners, you will steadily build your teaching skills and confidence, taking on increasing responsibility in lesson delivery and student progress. Your responsibilities will include: * Delivering engaging and well-structured Maths lessons using established resources.
* Supporting students in developing strong numerical, algebraic, and problem-solving skills.
* Leading targeted small-group interventions to boost attainment.
* Assisting with lesson preparation, marking, and assessment.
* Encouraging logical thinking, resilience, and effective revision strategies.
* Promoting positive behaviour and creating an inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborating with colleagues to drive excellent outcomes across the department.
