What you'll be doing:

* Developing and converting new corporate insurance opportunities across the Midlands
* Building long-term relationships with mid-market and corporate clients
* Leading client conversations around complex insurance programmes
* Working closely with in-house broking and placement teams
* Retaining and growing a portfolio of corporate insurance clients
* Representing the business in the Midlands insurance market

* Proven track record as a Producer, Account Executive or Business Development lead within insurance
* Strong experience in corporate or large commercial insurance
* Credibility dealing with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
* Ability to win, structure and retain sizeable insurance accounts
* Self-sufficient, commercially sharp and comfortable with autonomy
* Established network within the Midlands insurance market
