Litigation / Regulatory Lawyer - 2+ PQE
The Litigation / Regulatory Lawyer will be:
* Working as part of a multidisciplinary investigations team alongside lawyers, forensic accountants and legal assistants * Supporting complex regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings * Managing discrete areas of high profile cases and progressing investigations forward * Reviewing complex financial, audit and regulatory material * Drafting legal documents, preparing evidence bundles and assisting with disclosure exercises * Supporting tribunal preparation and attending hearings where required * Liaising with external counsel, experts and third party providers * Conducting legal and policy research relating to enforcement matters * Assisting with case strategy, budgets and expenditure monitoring * Supporting and mentoring junior colleagues within the teamRecommended Jobs
