Housekeeping for seasonal rental in need of clean and fresh setup
Hi there! I manage a seasonal rental property and need a thorough cleaning turnaround between guests. The place is 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom, with a small kitchen and living area. Tasks include deep cleaning, restocking essentials, changing linens, sanitizing high-touch surfaces, vacuuming and mopping floors, and ensuring the property smells fresh. I prefer eco-friendly products and a quick turnover time, ideally within 3 hours. Please confirm availability for weekdays and provide any additional rates for extra tasks or longer stays. The goal is to have the space guest-ready by 2 PM after check-out, with a quick inspection to ensure nothing was missed.
