Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant
Level 3 Early Years Teaching Assistant Term time only Birmingham Daily Rate: £90 - £110 a day PK Education are currently recruiting Level 3 qualified Early Years Teaching Assistants to work on a full-time basis in a fantastic, supportive primary school in Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity for passionate Early Years professionals who have experience supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and are looking for stability alongside flexibility. Are you enthusiastic about helping young learners thrive in their early development? Do you enjoy making a real difference every day? If so, this could be the perfect role for you. You will be responsible for:
- Supporting children 1:1 and in small groups, including pupils with SEND needs
- Assisting the class teacher with learning activities and interventions
- Creating a positive, nurturing learning environment
- Following school policies and safeguarding procedures
- Promoting emotional, social and academic development
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential)
- Proven experience working in Early Years settings
- Experience supporting children with SEND needs (essential)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A caring, patient and proactive approach
- A genuine passion for education and child development
