Production/Material Planner
Planning, Fulfillment & Data Controller __ The Production Planner will be responsible for developing and maintaining production schedules to ensure efficient manufacturing operations and on-time delivery. You will work within a team of 3, collaborating closely with the wider operations, procurement, and production teams. - Work model: # onsite
- Creation of production plans for Flexo & Extrusion Machine & Assembly
- Works order release and placing orders with external suppliers
- Create and maintain detailed production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
- Establishes and shares best practices for operations planning, inventory management and resource management.
- Attends daily production meetings for area's of responsibility
- Analyse back orders, current orders and upcoming orders to priorities, plan, and schedule the production.
- Monitor Adherence to Schedule for areas of responsibility.
- Monitor raw material and outsourced component stocks.
- Develop time-phased production plans based on demand forecasts and order intake.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a planning role within a manufacturing environment (experience in machine shop planning is desirable).
- Strong IT skills with the ability to accurately input, analyse, and report data.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using ERP systems, with SAP S/4HANA knowledge considered advantageous .
