What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Network Repair Engineer, you’ll be at the forefront of resolving customer issues and restoring connectivity:

• Diagnosing and repairing copper and fibre faults on the Openreach network at customer premises
• Working at heights and within underground infrastructure
• Testing at multiple points across the network to identify and resolve faults
• Delivering high-quality service both independently and as part of a team
• Meeting performance targets and KPIs
• Following strict health and safety procedures at all times

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking experienced professionals who can bring expertise, reliability, and a problem-solving mindset:

• Proven experience in a repair role on the Openreach network
• Strong knowledge of both copper and fibre fault diagnostics and repair
• A safety-first approach to all tasks
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round in varying conditions
• Confident using smart devices and technology to follow complex instructions
• Organised with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Able to prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working at heights of up to 15 metres
• Excellent attention to detail
• Full UK manual driving licence (held for at least 12 months, with no more than 6 points)
