Who will you be working for?
This is a young organisation with an established structure, already operating two “Good in all areas” children’s homes in Derby. After operational success registering these two homes and establishing “Good” ratings, the company is expanding into the West Midlands with their first new home of the region being in Sutton Coldfield.
The home itself is a gorgeous 5 Bedded property, recently refurbished with an ongoing garden renovation and plenty of opportunity to personalise as your own. This will be registered as a 3 Bedded Children’s Home in accordance with the successful candidate’s specialism, with which the organisation is flexible.
This is an unmissable opportunity to take on a new project and grow alongside the company as they expand into the West Midlands. They utilise a digital reporting software and have full Head Office support where needed. You will recruit for your own team and have autonomy around referrals – the director is clear that agency and collaboration are key but is happy to provide hands-on support where needed too.
