Our client is seeking an experienced and organised Site Manager to join a large, well-established secondary school in Birmingham , overseeing the daily operation and maintenance of the school site.

Experience and Qualifications
• Previous Site Manager or senior caretaking experience
• Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance
• Experience managing contractors and site staff
• Ability to prioritise maintenance and reactive issues
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Eligibility to work in the UK
