Site Operative - Birmingham Airport

We are Airparks. We’re leading the way in changing the shape of airport parking by providing a service that customers can trust.

We're looking for people with a passion for delivering great customer service to join our on-site team at Airparks Birmingham . As a Site Operative , you’ll be the face of Airparks and at the forefront of our daily parking operations, so the ability to think on your feet is essential.

This is a busy and varied role where customer interaction and decision-making are key. We are looking for professional and conscientious team members who can deliver a fantastic customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming customers on arrival and providing a friendly, efficient check-in experience
• Directing customers to available parking spaces before they board the transfer bus to the airport
• Moving Drop & Go customer vehicles safely around the site (full UK driving licence required)
• Working as part of the Meet & Greet team, collecting and delivering customer vehicles to our customers on-site at the airport, also valeting customer vehicles to a high standard as required.

As one of our on-site team members, you will play an integral role in ensuring our customers receive a hassle-free, friendly, and efficient service. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help maintain our high standards.

What we’re looking for:

• A passion for customer service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
• Confidence to use initiative and make decisions independently
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, days, and nights
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (6am–6pm or 6pm–6am)

Contract details:

• 3-month fixed-term contract
• 182 hours, working a four-on, four-off shift pattern
• Based across our three Birmingham car park sites

Requirements

Full UK Driving licence

Minimum of 12 months driving experience
