Join Our Team as a Senior Engineer

We are excited to invite a Senior Engineer to become a vital part of our Structural and Geotechnical Engineering Team. This role is available in London, Birmingham, or Manchester , with options for remote working and occasional office visits.

Your Responsibilities

In your role as a Senior Engineer, you will:

• Lead and manage the delivery of technical outputs, acting as Lead Designer on team projects.
• Contribute to technical excellence and innovation in the inspection, assessment, and design of highway structures.
• Conduct scheme investigations, site and structure inspections, data collection and analysis, feasibility studies, and both preliminary and detailed design.
• Prepare tender documents and oversee works/construction inspections while progressing scheme design and development.
• Communicate and implement improvements to SHEQ across all project aspects.

What We Are Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you:

• Hold a degree in a relevant engineering discipline and are approaching or have achieved Chartered/Incorporated status with a professional institution.
• Have demonstrable experience in the inspection, assessment, and design of highway structures to UK standards.
• Are comfortable using relevant design software and familiar with Eurocodes, as well as the main management systems and processes used in similar businesses.

Working Conditions

Location: London, Birmingham, or Manchester (remote working available with occasional travel to the office).
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with some flexibility available.
