PMO Lead (FTC 6 Months to Perm)
Reports To: CTO Overview
We’re looking for an experienced PMO Lead to establish and run a delivery function in a technology-led environment. This role will start as a 6-month FTC with strong potential to convert to permanent. Key Responsibilities * Lead and support 2 Project Managers to deliver high-quality outcomes * Design and embed a scalable delivery framework, including governance and reporting * Own and manage the portfolio roadmap, ensuring alignment to business priorities * Oversee delivery of technology and change initiatives (time, scope, budget) * Establish and drive a structured change function * Manage senior stakeholders, providing clear updates, insights, and escalation management Key Experience * Proven PMO Lead / Senior PMO experience in tech environments * Track record of setting up or improving PMO/delivery functions * Strong portfolio and roadmap management experience * Experience delivering technology and business change projects * Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills * Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches Desirable * Relevant certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, Agile) * Experience with tools such as Jira or MS Project
