HR Assistant - Birmingham - January 2026
A strong and well-regarded secondary school in Birmingham is seeking an organised and professional HR Assistant to join their central administration team from January 2026 .
About the Role:
This full-time role involves supporting the HR department across recruitment, onboarding, safeguarding checks (including DBS), maintaining staff personnel files, updating HR systems, supporting attendance and absence monitoring, and providing general HR administration. Confidentiality and accuracy are essential.
