School Office Manager | Birmingham (Independent Primary)
We are working with a prestigious independent primary school in Birmingham to appoint a Part-Time Office Manager for a permanent position. Starting this March, the school is looking for a specialist to work 25 hours per week (mornings) to ensure the efficient running of the school office.

The Role
Act as the primary point of contact for parents and visitors, upholding the school’s prestigious reputation.
Manage the school’s admissions pipeline and coordinate tour mornings for prospective families.
Assist the Bursar with fee administration and petty cash reconciliation.
Support the Headteacher with diary management and the preparation of school publications.
Requirements
A warm, professional manner with significant experience in high-level administration.
Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and school management software.
The school is unable to offer visa sponsorship; candidates must have the right to work in the UK.
Salary £28,000 – £32,000 per annum, pro-rata.
