These roles are predominantly Monday to Friday , making them ideal for chefs looking for consistent weekday work.

Pay Rates:

• £17.14 – £20.36 per hour (depending on role & experience)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing high-quality dishes to specification and maintaining excellent standards
• Ensuring kitchen readiness with all ingredients available
• Leading or supporting kitchen teams during service
• Mentoring and encouraging junior team members
• Delivering smooth, efficient service — even under pressure

‍ Who We’re Looking For

We’re hiring chefs at all levels, including:

• Chef de Partie (CDP)
• Sous Chef
• Lead Chef

You’ll need:

• Previous experience in a professional kitchen (essential)
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• A passion for food and teamwork
• Great communication skills and a calm, professional approach
• Must be 18+
• Own safety shoes and knives
