We are currently seeking dedicated, enthusiastic, and committed Teaching Assistants for long-term, full-time positions across Birmingham, Sutton Coldfield, Walsall, Wolverhampton, and the surrounding areas.

Requirements

To be considered for these opportunities, you should have:

* A Level 2 qualification in a child-related field (or equivalent)
* At least 6 months of experience working within a UK school setting, or a relevant degree related to education or classroom support
* A genuine passion for supporting children's learning, development, and wellbeing
* Strong communication and teamwork skills

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities may include:

* Supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons
* Working with pupils on a one-to-one basis or in small groups
* Assisting with learning activities and behaviour management
* Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
* Encouraging pupils to achieve their full potential
