Senior Occupational Therapist Manager
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join a multi-disciplinary team, providing assessment, intervention, and support for individuals with Autism and Learning Disabilities.
- Conduct comprehensive, evidence-based assessments to promote independence and well-being.
- Develop and implement personalized support plans in collaboration with the team.
- Deliver sensory assessments, therapeutic activities, and facilitate community integration.
- Work closely with service users, families, and staff to ensure holistic care.
- Provide training, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Stay updated on best practices in occupational therapy.
Qualifications include a degree in Occupational Therapy, HCPC registration, and at least 3 years’ experience working with adults with Learning Disabilities and Autism. The role offers a competitive salary (£30,000-£35,000), pension, flexible hours, and development opportunities. The position is full-time, based in London, requiring in-person work.
