Monitoring Surveyor
Salary: 30k- 35k Overview An excellent opportunity for a Monitoring Surveyor/ Monitoring Technician to join an established surveying and monitoring team, working on a range of small to medium-scale monitoring projects across the civil engineering and construction sectors. The Role You will install, maintain and decommission monitoring schemes on site, while also processing monitoring data to a high standard. The role will involve independent site work, office-based processing and supporting larger monitoring projects under guidance from senior team members. Responsibilities * Complete small to medium-scale monitoring projects independently * Set up monitoring instruments, record site data and support project delivery * Process monitoring results accurately and to client requirements * Maintain equipment and company vehicle standards * Follow health and safety procedures, including site inspections and risk assessments * Continue developing skills in monitoring, measured building surveying and laser scanning Requirements * 1+ years’ experience within monitoring or a closely related surveying role * Experience processing raw monitoring data * Practical knowledge of monitoring equipment and software * Previous experience with a Total Station * Full UK driving licence * Willingness to travel, with occasional overnight stays or weekend work * Right to work in the UK Package * Competitive salary depending on experience * Hybrid working arrangement * Professional development and training opportunities How to Apply MGR Recruitment is acting as an employment business for this vacancy.
