Need help installing a new internet box and basic setup
Hi there, I’ve just got a new internet box and I need someone to install it, connect it to my router, and get basic Wi‑Fi working. I’m not very tech-savvy, so I’d appreciate clear, step-by-step guidance and a quick test to ensure I can browse the web, stream, and video call. If possible, please also help me set up a guest network and check security settings. I’m in a small flat and I’d prefer a daytime slot. I’m hoping for a tidy, patient approach and to avoid any unnecessary changes to my existing devices unless needed.
