In this role, you’ll:

Build and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients while showcasing our capabilities to new ones.
Mentor and support Graduates and Engineers, while continuing your own professional growth.
Lead by example – demonstrating professionalism, diligence and a passion for knowledge-sharing across the team.

Proven experience in Civil Engineering design – particularly in levels, drainage and external works.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D (or PDS with a willingness to train on Civil 3D), MicroDrainage and Microsoft Office.
Experience of managing complex projects through planning to completion, liaising with planning authorities, statutory undertakers and national bodies like the Environment Agency.
A collaborative mindset, with an understanding of other disciplines and a desire to develop project coordination skills.
Commercial awareness, with developing influencing and negotiating skills, plus the ability to nurture new and existing client relationships.
Strong communication skills – written and verbal – with the adaptability to engage different audiences.
The ability to delegate effectively, mentor others and foster a supportive, high-performing team culture.
