We’re looking for a Male Intensive Support Worker to join our expert team supporting adults with complex needs , autism , learning disabilities , and behaviours that challenge —in one of our most high-intensity, high-impact settings .

This is a role for those who thrive under pressure, stay calm in crisis, and care deeply about helping others live life on their own terms.

Your Mission: Empowerment Through Support

As part of our specialist night team, you'll deliver consistent 1:1 support—ensuring safety, structure, and dignity overnight. You’ll play a crucial role in:

✅ Promoting routine and engagement through meaningful, structured activity
✅ Assisting with personal care, wellbeing, and household tasks
✅ De-escalating behaviours using Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) principles
✅ Ensuring accurate documentation—care plans, safeguarding, and risk assessments
✅ Supporting community inclusion and person-centred independence

You’ll be more than a Support Worker—you’ll be a stabilising force, a trusted guide, and a constant advocate for those who need it most.

✅ What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone with:

6+ months of experience supporting people with complex needs or behaviours that challenge
A calm, emotionally resilient, and confident presence
A working knowledge of PBS and person-centred support
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Professionalism, empathy, and safety-first instincts in crisis situations
