Warehouse Operative - Sutton Coldfield

People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Warehouse & Production Operative to join our well-established client based in Curdworth, Sutton Coldfield. This position is ideal for applicants looking for a role as a Picker Packer , Order Picker or Warehouse Assistant .

Shifts: Monday to Friday

AM - 5.30am - 1.00pm
PM - 1.00pm - 9.30pm
NIGHTS - 9.30pm - 5.30am

Pay rate: £12.71 per hour

Day-to-Day Duties

As a Warehouse Operative/Production Operative your duties will include (but are not limited to):

Supporting manufacturing processes within a busy production environment
Operating the Counterbalance FLT safely and effectively
Moving materials, loading and unloading goods, and feeding production lines
Cleaning of crates
Loading of Crates onto Production Line
Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area
Working closely with colleagues across manufacturing and warehouse teams

Essential Skills

To be successful as a Warehouse Operative/Production you will need:

- Experience within manufacturing and/or warehousing - Confident using hand tools and related equipment - Reliable, hard-working, and a strong team player - Able to follow instructions and work safely
