Onboarding and Operations Assistant, Global Investment firm
You will play a key part in delivering a seamless onboarding experience across Europe, Asia, and the US, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional stakeholder support at every stage. Key Responsibilities
- Manage onboarding & offboarding - coordinate documentation, systems access, and day‑one readiness
- Oversee global background checks - track progress, escalate delays, and maintain compliance
- Support workforce changes - including contractors, internal transfers, and extensions
- Maintain HR/CRM systems - ensure data accuracy and timely updates
- Partner with internal stakeholders - heads of departments globally
- Assist with reporting & controls - support operational checks, budgeting/ finance and process documentation
- 1–3 years’ experience in HR operations, onboarding, or people coordination
- Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPS)
- A hunger to learn and develop
