The Role
You will join a dynamic Commercial Dispute Resolution team, working on high-value and complex disputes across a wide range of sectors. The role involves advising clients on contentious matters including contractual disputes, partnership issues, and professional negligence claims. You will play a key role in managing matters from inception to resolution, working closely with partners and having regular client engagement, whilst also contributing to the growth of the practice.

What They’re Looking For

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3+ years’ PQE in commercial disputes
• Proven technical litigation experience, including managing cases autonomously
• Strong communication and drafting skills
• Demonstrated involvement in client relationship management and business development
• Ability to supervise junior team members and contribute to practice development
• Experience in ADR or exposure to complex/multi-party disputes would be an advantage
