Grounds Maintenance
Location: Birmingham, B37
Salary: £25,893 per annum or £13.46 per hour (PAYE)
Hours: 37 hours per week
Monday-Thursday: 7:30am-3:30pm
Friday: 7:30am-3:00pm
Contract: Temporary (sickness cover)
Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality grass cutting across estates and communal areas using modern equipment
Hedge, bush and shrub trimming, pruning and seasonal planting
Weed control, strimming and edging to ensure a neat, well-finished appearance
Safe removal and disposal of green waste
Litter picking and general site tidying
Light maintenance of paved and slabbed areas, including sweeping and weed treatmentImportant Requirements (Essential): Full UK manual driving licence - this is essential
Ability to drive a manual company vehicle as part of the roleDesirable: PA1 & PA6 spraying licence
Banksman training
Licence to drive a trailerThis role is subject to a Basic DBS check (Disclosure and Barring Service).
