Primary Early Career Teacher (ECT)
We, Academics, are currently looking to gain a Primary Early Career Teacher (ECT), for our reputable primary schools based in Birmingham, who is enthusiastic and driven. For recently certified teachers, this is a fantastic chance to build their confidence, obtain useful classroom experience, and start a meaningful teaching career in a caring and fulfilling setting. Being a Primary ECT gives you the opportunity to develop your teaching abilities in a range of school environments while working with various year groups. This position is perfect for people who are keen to advance their careers and are passionate about having a positive influence on children's learning and development.
