Looking for help cleaning up my computer system and files
I’m looking for someone to help tidy up my computer, improve performance, and organize my files. The computer runs slowly after years of use, and I’d like a clean-up that includes removing unnecessary programs, freeing up disk space, organizing documents and photos, and setting up a simple backup solution. I use Windows 10/11 and occasionally macOS, so please indicate which platforms you’re comfortable with. Preference for a calm, patient approach, and clear instructions I can follow for future maintenance. If you have recommendations for anti-malware, disk defragmentation (where applicable), and cloud backup options, I’d love to hear them. I’m hoping for a 2–4 hour session, with a plan for a quick follow-up check-in if needed.
