Meet Our Client

We are seeking caring, reliable, and experienced Healthcare Assistants to provide dedicated 1:1 support for a 13-year-old boy with complex health needs within his school setting.

This role involves supporting him throughout the school day with both his clinical care needs and social engagement. The ideal candidate will be patient, calm, and confident in supporting challenging behaviours, while building a positive and trusting relationship.

About the Role

• Providing 1:1 support within a school environment
• Meeting the client at school from 9:00am
• Supporting his clinical care and social activities throughout the school day
• Supporting with gastrostomy care
• Seizure management

What You’ll Need

• 3 months’ care experience
• Confident with medication, personal care, moving and handling
• Clear and effective communication skills
