This isn't just about spreadsheets; it’s about building relationships with families to ensure every student is in school and ready to learn. You’ll be the first point of contact for attendance queries, working closely with heads of year to spot patterns and provide support where it’s needed most.

Requirements
Essential: Previous experience in an attendance or pastoral role within a school setting.
Essential: Proficiency with school systems like SIMS, Arbor, or Bromcom.
Essential: You must have the Right to Work in the UK (The school cannot provide sponsorship ).
A calm, persistent approach and the ability to handle difficult conversations with care.
Salary and Benefits
Full-time, permanent role.
Salary Range: £25,000 – £30,000.
