We are seeking an experienced VAT Partner to join a growing firm with a strong presence across the UK. This is a unique opportunity for an accomplished VAT professional to step into a leadership role, with responsibility for expanding and developing the VAT practice within the Midlands and North regions.

The firm has a well-established network, with offices across several key locations, including Birmingham and Manchester, and a strong pipeline of opportunities for further growth. With the firm's continued expansion, there is now a requirement for a VAT Partner to oversee the VAT team in both regions, providing leadership and driving further business development.

As VAT Partner, you will inherit a dedicated team of professionals and will play a key role in managing and developing the practice, working closely with other partners to drive performance and deliver high-quality service to a wide range of clients.

While the firm has a broad generalist partner base, there is a particular opportunity to build the VAT practice further, with scope to expand into areas such as Financial Services. This makes it an ideal time to join the firm and make a significant impact.

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a track record of strong client relationships, team leadership, and business development. The role offers the opportunity to shape the direction of the VAT practice and contribute to the overall success of the firm.
