SEN Teacher

This role requires QTS. Job Role:
- Teaching a small class of primary-aged pupils with special educational needs
- Planning and delivering engaging and highly differentiated lessons
- Creating a nurturing, structured and inclusive learning environment
- Supporting pupils' communication, independence and personal development
- Working closely with experienced Teaching Assistants and specialist staff
- Assessing, monitoring and recording pupil progress
- Contributing to EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
- Building positive relationships with parents, carers and external professionals
