Need help preparing meals at home, weekly meals
I’m looking for a reliable helper to assist with meal preparation at my home. The role involves planning simple, healthy weekly meals, batch cooking for the week, basic grocery shopping, and safe food handling. Ideally, you can accommodate dietary preferences (vegetarian options, low-sodium meals) and provide tasty, balanced dishes. I’d appreciate someone who can work around my schedule, keep the kitchen tidy, and label containers. Please mention any relevant experience with meal prep for seniors or individuals with specific dietary needs. Located in the UK, and English language communication preferred.
