I’m looking for a reliable and friendly caregiver to assist with meal preparation for my elderly neighbor who lives nearby. The role involves planning simple, nutritious meals, light meal prep, and ensuring food is safely stored. Experience with dietary restrictions (low salt, soft textures) is a plus. The client prefers homemade meals using fresh ingredients, minimal waste, and keeping the kitchen clean after cooking. Availability around mid-morning for a 1-2 hour session would be ideal, with flexibility for additional days if needed. Our home has a small kitchen, and I’m happy to provide groceries or a budget while you plan the meals.
