Medical Staff Talent is seeking a highly skilled, Western-educated nurse to provide dedicated 1:1 care to an 80-year-old VIP individual aboard a premium private yacht.

This role offers an extraordinary lifestyle, cruising through iconic Mediterranean destinations including Ibiza, Monaco, Greece, the Côte d’Azur, Mallorca, Marbella, and the Algarve.

Within this dynamic environment, you will manage complex medications, track chronic health parameters, and oversee international medical coordination.

To maintain an exceptional work-life balance and ensure ultimate client safety, you will operate on a supportive double-nurse shift system alongside another qualified peer.

The onboard medical department functions under the guidance of a Western-trained Lead Physician and is fully supported by expert Western-trained Physiotherapists.

Requirements

• Education: Graduation from a Western institution with a 4-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
  

• Clinical History: At least 4 years of recent, continuous experience in high-acuity acute hospital departments (such as ER, ICU, or CCU).
  

• Linguistic Command: Full professional bilingual fluency in both English and Arabic is mandatory.
  

• Travel: Complete readiness and flexibility for global maritime travel.
