We are looking to recruit a Project/Senior Project Manager to join our Enhancements team, helping secure and to deliver £ multi-Million rail infrastructure projects and programmes of works across the portfolio.

The role is to manage our experienced design and delivery organisations, located in the UK. Managing key projects and client accounts to ensure AtkinsRéalis are the first choice for our clients. Travel can be expected within the role to be present in AtkinsRéalis, project and client offices depending on project requirements.

Your role

  • Deliver major multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects, delivering on time and to budget.
  • Lead the win work process in bid management and securing future opportunities and growth.
  • To ensure Safety is maintained and promoted along with promoting the highest standards of safety at site.
  • To establish & build relationships with Alliance partners, key suppliers, contractors & internal stakeholders.
  • Managing supply chain and sub-contracts with confidence.
  • Overseeing a range of projects, managing multiple demands and stakeholders at a given time.

About you

  • Experience of managing complex multidisciplinary design projects working within multidisciplinary teams across a wide array of GRIP/PACE stages.
  • Significant experience in the management of Multi-disciplinary Railway Engineering Design.
  • Strong client and industry connections to harness future opportunities and growth.
  • Able to establish and build relationships with suppliers, client/contractors and internal stakeholders.
  • Good communication, teamwork, negotiation, conflict management and leadership skills.
  • Qualifications and membership to the Association for Project Management or relevant Engineering body.

Security clearance
