With a standout reputation in the residential development sector, the firm is expanding its Birmingham team and seeking a Real Estate Solicitor with 5+ years' PQE to join their thriving practice. The Opportunity: This role offers an exciting next step for a solicitor looking to deepen their experience in residential development. You'll be part of a collaborative and highly respected real estate team, working on significant residential and mixed-use schemes for leading UK housebuilders. Key responsibilities will include:

• Advising on complex land acquisitions for residential development
• Title review, reporting, and due diligence
• Drafting and negotiating strategic land agreements (e.g., options, promotion agreements)
• Involvement in urban regeneration and infrastructure projects
• Acting for major national developers and housebuilders on landmark schemes

About You: We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded real estate solicitor who is passionate about residential development and eager to progress within a top-tier legal environment. The ideal candidate will bring:

• 5+ years' PQE in real estate, with experience in residential development or a desire to specialise in this area of law
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Background from a respected regional, national, or international law firm
• Strong academic credentials (2:1 degree or above preferred)
• A proactive, client-focused mindset and keen attention to detail
