This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced employment lawyer to take on a senior role in a dynamic and fast-growing practice. The Role You will be joining a nationally recognised Employment team advising a high-calibre client base across sectors including logistics, mobility, technology, and retail. This role will suit a commercially minded lawyer who enjoys both technical excellence and client-facing responsibility. Key responsibilities include: Advising on a broad range of employment matters (both contentious and non-contentious) Leading complex litigation and high-value corporate support matters Mentoring and developing junior lawyers within the team Building and managing key client relationships Taking a proactive role in business development initiatives The role is based in Birmingham, with hybrid working options available The Candidate You will be a qualified employment Senior Associate with at least 5 years' PQE, ideally gained within a leading national or regional practice. You will have a proven track record of advising employer clients and a confident, collaborative approach. You will demonstrate: Strong experience in handling complex employment matters Excellent technical and client relationship skills An interest in leadership, mentoring, and strategic team contribution Confidence in working with major clients and senior stakeholders A commercial outlook and enthusiasm for business development What's on Offer?
