Commercial Manager Birmingham £90,000 - £110,000 + Reputable Company + Prestigious Projects + Career Progression + Immediate Start Are you an experienced Commercial Manager looking to join a reputable and growing building services contractor working on prestigious projects across the UK? This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of commercial performance within a successful and forward thinking organisation whilst working alongside Tier 1 main contractors on major projects. This role would suit an ambitious commercial professional looking to join a business with a strong reputation, long-term stability and the opportunity to influence high value projects across multiple sectors. Our client is an established multi disciplinary building services contractor delivering projects across the residential, hospitality, education, commercial and healthcare sectors. With offices throughout the UK and Ireland and a proven track record of continued growth, this company has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality M&E solutions on major construction projects. As a Commercial Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Quantity Surveyors and commercial staff across multiple projects
- Overseeing budgets, cost value reconciliation, cashflow forecasting and KPI reporting
- Coordinating programme, revenue and financial reporting whilst maintaining strong client relationships
- Managing subcontract procurement, commercial risk and final account delivery
- Leading development and performance management of the commercial team
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or a similar qualification
- Proven experience in a senior commercial leadership role
- Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts
- Experience working with Tier 1 contractors on major construction projects
