PPA Cover Teacher
Primary PPA Cover Teacher - Birmingham Looking for a teaching role with flexibility, variety, and less pressure outside the classroom? Bright Star Talent is currently recruiting enthusiastic and adaptable PPA Cover Teachers to work across welcoming primary schools throughout Birmingham. This role focuses on delivering pre-planned lessons across different year groups, allowing class teachers to access their PPA time while you concentrate on high-quality classroom delivery and maintaining a positive learning environment. The Role:
- Deliver engaging pre-set lessons across EYFS, KS1, and KS2
- Maintain strong classroom and behaviour management
- Adapt teaching to suit a range of ages and abilities
- Build positive relationships with pupils and school staff
- Ensure continuity of learning during teacher release time
- Work across a variety of supportive primary school settings
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) essential
- Experience teaching within UK primary schools
- Confident teaching across different year groups
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Flexible, reliable, and professional approach
- ECTs and experienced teachers welcome to apply
